'We don't know the facts yet'
'How about we take a breath, and wait for the actual facts to be disclosed? Is that just too much to ask?'

How about we apply that same logic to the Mueller investigation?

And what exactly are the similarities in a partisan witchhunt and a state sanctioned murder? Oh right, SFA.

The left wants Trump to take action before all of the facts are known. They're pushing him to make a mistake. As usual, Donald is calmly assessing the situation.

I'd heard it was all going to be so different with the new guy but I see his fans have a continual need to look to those they despised yesterday to justify what they support today.

Pretty disappointing, the MAGA fellah. Maybe he's fake news.

You DO know there won't be an investigation. There will be an "investigation" that will (what a shock) clear the royall family.

The similarities are in the way Liberals behave. On Benghazi, Liberals did not give a damn about four murdered Americans; now, they’re beating themselves in the chest in a righteous furor cos a journalist died.

    See similarities?

Let's put the Benghazi drum you insist on beating to sleep once and for all, shall we? The special congressional investigation into the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi is officially over. The final report clocks in at more than 322,000 words. It was added to the official House record without fanfare on Dec. 7 by Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., the panel’s chairman on Dec.7, 2016. The panel chaired by Republican Trey Gowdy, spent more than $7.8 million over two and a half years on this investigation. Trey Gowdy proclaimed the report the “final, definitive accounting” of the Benghazi attacks.

Democrats contended all along that the committee was a political effort to taint Clinton, an allegation that got some traction when House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., told Fox News that because of the committee, "her numbers are dropping." The panel’s top Democrat, Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, said Monday that the final report was a “desperate rehash.”
Republicans voted on this partisan report five months ago, but delayed filing it and completing the committee until after the election. Cummings said. “Republicans promised a process that was fair and bipartisan, but the American people got exactly the opposite.”

The Benghazi investigation was one of the longest, costliest and most bitterly partisan congressional investigations in history, the House Select Committee on Benghazi issued its final report on Tuesday, finding no new evidence of culpability or wrongdoing by Hillary Clinton in the 2012 attacks in Libya that left four Americans dead.

Saudi Arabia, is not, has not and never has been an ally of the United States. It is a leach on the United States. We need them for nothing geopolitically. We are an energy independent country and if you look at North America between Mexico and Canada, we are the most energy rich place on earth. This is a despotic regime. They have imported Islamic extremism to every corner of the world. There were fifteen of the nineteen hijackers of 9/11 that were Saudis. They are engaged in war crimes in Yemen where hundreds of thousands have been killed with American weaponry. In the same way that Paul Manafort's criminality was an open secret in Washington, exactly who MbS is, is also an open secret in D.C.

There's nothing more shameful than a newly inaugurated U.S. president that goes to Saudi Arabia on his first official trip, a place where we hail MbS as a progressive because women can now drive a car alone. We need them for NOTHING. The Saudis, with their money, have corrupted the American system of government. It's time for every PR agency in this country that has an office in Riyadh to shut it down. It's time for every lobbying firm to fire the Saudis. It's time for every state pension fund to divest of Saudi money. It's time for every technology company and every media company that is taking dirty Saudi money to send it back. This is a disgrace. This moment in time, what we've seen is the murder of a U.S. resident with American citizen children, a Washington Post columnist, with a complicit president who has called journalists the 'enemy of the people'. The American people should rise up against this. We should put truth to the lie about who this guy is and what this regime is.

Sure thing. I"m all for the murderer conducting an thorough investigation into who could have possibly been responsible for such a heinous crime. Some people will buy just about anything when it comes to their dear leader.

Not that he had anything to do with it, but his reaction so far has been truly pathetic while he demonstrates his amorality to the world. American values for sale - can't see any reason they wouldn't.

Absolutely not true. But I get how emotional you are about it.

AFter all it must be frustrating, especially after 4 years and 11 different congressional investigations, resulted in no material or criminal wrong doing being found in dealing with crisis.

But no worries, Trump's reaction is being watched by the world. American values are on the table and trump is tarnishing them bigly.

America was NEVER that kind of great.

Like I said.......he’s not a US citizen.......he’s a Saudi National. It’s really not a difficult concept to grasp. The ones killed in Benghazi were Americans.......

Only an idiot would attempt to equate the act of Islamist terrorist criminals in an already very hostile place, to this wanton act of murder by the Crown Prince and his minions in a consulate in a third country.

Guess american values only apply to americans and screw everyone else. Some kinda greatness ya got there bud.

Only an idiot would try and turn, what appears to be a heinous murder, in a world where heinous murders occur every minute, into an anti-Trump, Pro DNC political event as you are attempting to do........

You mean like you are trying to do? It is a diplomatic crisis of significant proportions and trump is waffling and attempting to equate american values with weapons sales.

ONce again, trump had nothing to do with the murder. He is catching flack for his reaction. And relying on the Saudi's to investigate thoroughly is truly idiotic. The entire world is watching.
