He was not a friend of Bin Ladin, but he did interview Bin Ladin early in Bin Ladin's career. He was critical of the new dictator and this is what may have gotten him killed.

Consulates can't be shut down but can be closed by the country to which the consulate belongs. They are protected by UN laws. Deportation is not an easy process when it comes to diplomats. Saudi consulate general has left Turkey a few days ago.

Saudi Arabia, is not, has not and never has been an ally of the United States. It is a leach on the United States. We need them for absolutely nothing geopolitically. We are an energy independent country and if you look at North America between Mexico and Canada, we are the most energy rich place on earth. This is a despotic regime. They have imported Islamic extremism to every corner of the world. There were fifteen of the nineteen hijackers of 9/11 that were Saudis. They are engaged in war crimes in Yemen where hundreds of thousands have been killed with American weaponry. In the same way that Paul Manafort's criminality was an open secret in Washington, exactly who MbS is, is also an open secret in D.C.

There's nothing more shameful than a newly inaugurated U.S. president that goes to Saudi Arabia on his first official trip, a place where we hail MbS as a progressive because women can now drive a car alone. We need them for NOTHING. The Saudis, with their money, have corrupted the American system of government. It's time for every PR agency in this country that has an office in Riyadh to shut it down. It's time for every lobbying firm to fire the Saudis. It's time for every state pension fund to divest of Saudi money. It's time for every technology company and every media company that is taking dirty Saudi money to send it back.

This is a disgrace. Why can't we? What business is it of ours? Everybody on the left has thier panties in a bunch about holding Iran's feet to the fire regarding nuclear development while they capture and kill american and make prisoners of other Americans and supplied the rebel soldiers in Irag killing our troops. Saudi Arabia donated 10 million dollars to Hillary Clinton to win her over. Had she been our sitting president right now she would be doing NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. To single out Trump and his supporters is wrong when the Democrats would not be doing anything.

Saudi Arabia likes to abuse it's power and it can get away with it when it bribes other countries. They may have a deal with Trump. It would not surprise me after they gave Hillary ten million dollars to win her over. Whoever they think will be in power in the US they try to bribe with money or deals for favoritism. The Democrats are guilty of this just as much as any Republican is. Saudi Arabia is very corrupt but what are we supposed to do about that?

Mollie Tibbit's, a young woman in Iowa was recently murdered by an illegal immigrant. Elizabeth Warren stated that "we need to focus on bigger problems". Seems kind of fake that the left does not care about some murders but acts like it's the end of the world over other murders. I think they are all bad but the left seems to only care if it fits their political agenda. That is sad.

As for Saudi we do not need to go to war with them. The last war in the middle east (Iraq) was hard on our economy and our soldiers. I don't care for Saudi Arabia but there is nothing we can do about this that I know of without pissing of Saudi or starting a war. If Hillary was our president she would be doing NOTHING too. Don't forget she took ten million from Saudi Arabia as a donation.
