If you say so. But I don't recall calling anyone a dumb uninformed liar, like you did. Oh well. You rock!!
Geeze...if you're gonna mischaracterize what happened at least try to be accurate. Those 10 million tweets were just in the last couple MONTHS. It's still going ON
And Comey is the best arbiter of the result of his actions? By the way he said he was "mildly nauseous" at the thought that he may have impacted the election...so...
I'm not misrepresenting anything. And I'm being very accurate. I even provided access to a site that calculates the numbers. Kind of lame to make that accusation in light of that. I'm simply pointing out that 10,000,000 tweets is a blip. Over 3 months it's even less than a blip. I get the propaganda seeks to suggest 10,000,000 is some sort of massive thing, but the fact is, 10,000,000 tweets occur about every 27 minutes. Of course, that doesn't touch on who these nasty Ruskies are directing their tweets to.
10 million tweets is hardly a blip and it was just over the last couple months. That's an example to point out that the Russian interference has not stopped
Nonsense. But I will pass along your thoughts that trumpkins are mindless sheep not in control of their own thoughts and so behave in a way completely controlled by the political opposition.
Please don't lie about or distort what I post. If I post something that you don't understand, you are welcome to ask for clarification.
If you can't articate your thoughts very well the first time you try, you are welcome to attempt to articulate them better on a second attempt.
If I posted something that isn't clear, I'm happy to try and make it more understandable. As I know what I try to communicate, I don't always realize that my meaning isn't clear to others. Thus I have no idea where a post I made failed. Feel free to ask for clarification.
Because of Trump's insensitivity last week regarding the natural disaster that befell our fellow Americans who live on the Florida panhandle, I labeled Trump, as I have done in the past, a narcissistic sociopath. He did not seem to care as he listened intently to a mentally ill black rapper heap praise on him in the Oval Office in a ten minute monologue. The juxtaposition of this bizarre photo op with the devastation on the Florida panhandle was shock to the system of the viewing public. Today, once again, Trump displayed his narcissistic sociopathic behavior. The New York Times reports, "Russians working for a close ally of President Vladimir V. Putin engaged in an elaborate campaign of “information warfare” to interfere with the midterm elections, federal prosecutors said on Friday in unsealing a criminal complaint against one of them. "The woman, Elena Alekseevna Khusyaynova, 44, of St. Petersburg, was involved in an effort “to spread distrust toward candidates for U.S. political office and the U.S. political system,” prosecutors said. "Court documents provided a detailed look into Russian efforts to “sow division and discord” in the American political system, thanks in part to Ms. Khusyaynova, a fastidious manager and bookkeeper. "The conspirators seized on divisions in American politics, prosecutors said, including immigration, guns, race relations, women and even the debate over the protests by National Football League players during the national anthem." What was Trump's reaction to this national security threat? He talked about himself. A reporter asked about the charges Friday, Trump responded by saying, “Had nothing to do with my campaign. You know, all of the hackers and all of the — everybody that you see, nothing to do with my campaign. If the hackers — a lot of them probably like Hillary Clinton better than me. Now they do. Now they do.” As an afterthought, he added, “We’ve done a lot to protect the elections coming up.” He offered no details, and Trump refuses to acknowledge Russia's role in all of this. Anyone would be hard-pressed to find out what protections Trump is talking about. There has been no Presidential directive dealing with the threat. The individual intelligence agencies and states are working independently to solve the problem.
Saudi Arabia confirmed on Saturday for the first time that Jamal Khashoggi died in the kingdom's consulate in Istanbul earlier this month, claiming that The Washington Post columnist‘s death came after an argument and a "fist fight" with men in the facility. The Saudis have set up a commission that will investigate the death and will have one month to release a report, state TV said The commission will consist of national security officials, the foreign ministry and the interior ministry. The search for those willing to fall on their swords for the king while relieving the crown prince of responsibility commenced. CNN reports, "In addition to Major General Ahmed al-Asiri being relieved of his duties, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) issued a statement by Royal Court Order that Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al-Saud relieved Saud al-Qahtani from his duties as Royal Court Consultant. "A separate statement from SPA included the names of other officers relieved of their duties by Saudi King Salman also by Royal Court Order. The statement didn't mention the Jamal Khashoggi investigation but was released among a series of announcements relating to the investigation by the Saudi Press Agency. "The names in the statement are: Intelligence chief assistant for intelligence affairs -- Mohamed bin Saleh Al-Ramih Intelligence chief assistant for human resources -- Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Shayee Head of the general department for security and protection at the intelligence presidency -- Rashad bin Hamed Al-Mohammady" What is Trump's reaction to all this? "I do. I do," Trump said when asked about his confidence in the explanation, which claims Khashoggi died in a fist fight at the country's consulate in Istanbul. "Again, it’s early. We haven’t finished our review, our investigation. But I think it’s a very important first step," he added. Here's hoping Trump finishes his review before the crown prince dies of old age. Trump offered a positive initial reaction to news that Saudi Arabia identified who they say were responsible for the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. "I just saw it," Trump said. "I think it’s a good first step. It’s a big step. It’s a lot of people involved." "It's early," he said later. "We haven't finished our review." In the meantime, the crown prince is thinking of making Trump their counsel in the U.S.
Saudi Arabia is very harsh in their punishments. Will MBS put his own minions to death for doing as they were ordered to do in order to "save face"? That would be novel...and incredibly cynical
I think I remember correctly from Bitter Lake that Saudi Arabia is the cradle of Wahhabism. Hold that thought??
Every country spies and tries to influence other countries, we do it. Only Democrats appear surprised by this, or are actually trying to pretend they are that ignorant of the world and its workings...
