No person’s right to life allows them to use the body of another person against that person’s will to sustain their life.

It doesn’t matter if it has a choice. The mother doesn’t have a choice whether or not to be pregnant unless she was specifically trying to become pregnant.

As for your second question, that’s completely insane given that there are numerous means for a mother to surrender a born child and not have to care for it.

 

Yet women do perform DIY 4th trimester abortions

Some women are in prison for that right now

 

That really does not affect the right to life of innocent persons

Killing something for convenience when it’s creation was your choice is crazy. Also, others beat me to it but following your line of reasoning you could off your 6 year old because it doesn’t have a right to your body for sustenance and can’t survive on its own.

 

I see it as developing human tissue.

 

All rights get regulated and limited. It is good that at-will abortion is limited to the first and part of the second trimester. That’s plenty of time. Abortions in the third trimester should only be legal in the case of risk to the mother or fetal abnormality/deformity.

 

And that human life does not have the right to use her body against her will.

 

Unless a woman was specifically trying to become pregnant, she didn’t choose to become pregnant.
