LW threads to this forum referencing celebrities, and especially TV entertainers, have been many times more than RW or nonleft posts over the years IME. I disagree that the Right would use celebrities to the extent the Left does. Possibly more athletes, but entertainment celebrities probably not. RW celebrities like Clint Eastwood are trotted out at conventions, not much else. The most fervent current RW celebrity is James Woods, have you ever seen him cited here?
