What people were thinking is that Obama wasn't born in Hawaii but because his parents were residents of Hawaii at least a year before, he was able to get a short form birth certificate. It could have a city on it I guess, just no hospital or doctor on the short form. Sense he was raised abroad, he could have put in for a foreign college grant. That is why they wanted to see what he put down for a grant. But he refused to show it. I didn't have to go like it did if Obama had just been up front like he promised he would be.
