    A woman was abused so the real story is we must believe survivors. This woman deserves to be heard and not silenced by Avenatti.

    Either, a sister, mother, baby mama, live in girlfriend...the charge is felony domestic. The police aren’t releasing her name out of concern for her safety.

    No she didn’t. She hasn’t been named. His wife simply said she wasn’t the victim here when it was speculated she was.

    If he's guilty "hang 'em high!" But, wait till he's guilty.

    Troubling is the protective order. If that reporting is true then this is serious. Despite the TPO being worthless judges do not issue them unless there is a real threat.

    I need more information but with the TPO in place I'm tending toward guilt.

    The prosecutor hasn't been involved yet to my knowledge. The investigation is ongoing. In any case, for me to believe one way or the other, I need to see more details.

    the Washington Post reported he was charged, had a bond hearing, one was set, and a protective order is in place. The prosecutor is involved, and sounds like the balk of the investigation by law enforcement is done

    In any event, Jacob Wohl claiming responsibility throws shade on everything. He just had a bs claim of sexual assault blow up on him 2 weeks ago.

    I’m not sure how you got that conclusion.. he hasn’t see his wife in years they are estranged. But if that’s the desperation you are holding onto

    You are assuming things about me, and that is a losing situation.

    I am not an Avenetti fan struth. I am a fan of justice, and my comments are designed to figure out if there is a case or not.

    That said, I don't know anything about his personal life, and the fact about his wife being estranged is news to me.
