Don’t edit my posts. It’s a dink move on your part. Knock it off.
The ban has done nothing considering people own AR-15s all over the state. I’ve lost count of how many at my gun club own them.

Look, 1) shortening a post isn't altering it. Got it? 2) You don't know what the assault weapons ban may or may not stop.

I didn’t realize exercising ones freedom to sell what one wants or doesn’t want is anti-American. Who knew.

Gun control activists are inherently anti-American.

Lost sales should bother every businessman and the shareholders of any publicly traded corporation.

Yes, and the significance of lost sales is not subtle.

Oh, I don't know. Maybe because it is the most popular selling rifle in the country and they're in business to make money?

Obviously they factored it in before they made the move. If I were you I'd let them run their company the way they want to and not worry about it.

Yes it is because you left out pertinent info.
Obviously the ban hasn’t been the reason since up until 2 years ago AR-15s were LEGAL to buy. What part of that are you not getting? Legal to buy as in people have owned AR-15s for years in MA. Did the ban put in place prevent mass shootings prior to 2016??? Heh.

What does this thread have to do with trying to run their company?

No offense but that’s just silly. Because a person doesn’t like guns that makes them anti-American? I don’t buy into such sweeping generalizations.

Of course it does. You can stomp your feet and hold your breath all you like but you’re wrong.
Why do I need a crystal ball? I already know what had occurred in the past with AR-15s being legal to own. No mass shootings with said AR.
As for the future, well, I suppose if all the currently owned ARs magically disappeared then sure...there would be no chance of one being used in a mass shooting. So ya got me there...

What nonsense. Just because a particular weapon wasn't involved in a murder one year doesn't mean it won't be another year. And just because a weapon that's previously owned isn't involved in a murder doesn't mean a newly acquired one couldn't be. Stop listening to the nutjobs at your gun club.

One year? ARs have been legal to buy in MA for decades. My lord...

Right, except your argument has been that the ban probably had an impact. But given that ARs are and have been owned it’s clear the ban hasn’t had an impact.
