The law abiding population in urban Hell Holes like London, Baltimore, Detroit, and St Louis have all been disarmed and rendered helpless in the face of rampant criminal predation by irrational government mandated gun control schemes.

I read your entire post and I did not see the city state or country with lax gun laws and low gun deaths? Why?

Are there any cities not controlled by governments hostile to fundamental human rights like the right to bear arms?

The society you're a member of has a word on where, when, how, and what arms you can bear.

Well regulated ? Lol. Just another lefty narrative. We all know what the founders meant. Some try to change the meaning to fit their agenda.

    Not ironic at all.

I look at it this way: any privately owned and traded company can choose to conduct itself as a business however it chooses, and that's fine. But, when that business chooses to take a stance based upon a given political issue, it must be prepared to accept the consequences when and if its clientele might prove to be offended by that choice.

Dick's chose to insert itself into the national debate regarding our Constitutional rights, and they chose a position in opposition to the core beliefs of a large portion of its core market. Rightfully so, a large portion of that market voted with their wallets and turned their backs on Dick's.

Dick's is certainly free to take whatever political position it wants. The customers of Dick's are also free to condemn them for that position and to choose to no longer do business with them. They are also free to celebrate when Dick's should suffer materially for the decision they freely made.

Obviously NOT. You don’t see everyone advocating convicted felons and six year olds carrying automatic weapons. They’re still human aren’t they. You don’t know the meaning of “infringe”. Look it up, past or present.

Dicks stop selling AR15s 6 years ago. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for their demise.

Sure, we have a duty to make sure felons, underaged the mentally deranged have easy access to guns through private sale.

It doesn’t natter what rights you gun nuts think you have , they stop when they INFRINGE upon the rights of others. You do know what infringe means ? Like, you guys thought you had the right to smoke cigarettes anywhere you wanted, and throw your trash anywhere.

At what point does a gun infringe upon the rights of others?

When felons, six year olds and crazy people are running around shooting them in the air in populated areas. So, what does infringe mean ?

"A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

How is it you don't even know 'well-regulated' is in the text of the 2nd amendment?

Then those people should be arrested or otherwise taken under control.

Infringe - for the government to impose any restrictions not protected by the Constitution.

Simple ownership and possession of a firearm by someone with the right to keep and bear arms?
    Never.
Such a thing neither harms anyone nor places anyone in a condition of clear, immediate and present danger - and thus, does not infringe on anyone.
