    It seems they shot pretty well, hitting tires on a moving vehicle and all. But they let the driver live and that was a mistake.

    No such claim was made on the part of myself.

    Then if even law enforcement officers are not sufficiently trained to avoid injuring private citizens in such circumstances, there is no logical basis for objecting to private citizens engaging in the defensive use of firearms.

    Not. If I stop someone from stealing my neighbors car, the police are not going to arrest me. It's ridiculous to think otherwise.

    None of the shooters were arrested. They're not felons because you say so. What crimes were they convicted of?
