I’m sure the leaders of the Congressional Black Caucus and Hispanic Caucus are concerned greatly about his divisiveness and promotion of the interests of his on race to the exclusion of others.........their indignation is certainly righteous.......

Coughlin was very hostile to “Jewish bankers and industrialists”.

The Confederacy was a foreign country blockading another country's port is an act of war and it was the Union which crossed the border and invaded.

I'm white and a nationalist. That does not mean I am racist. It means I am white and love my country. So theoretically he is correct in what he is saying.

'White Nationalist' to many now equates to being racist. The same as 'Feminist' now means irrational misandrist.

You could say the same for the folks who kept electing a drunken, murdering, womanizer Ted Kennedy.

You keep claiming the Fort was used to blockade Charleston. Exactly how many ships did the Fort fire on prior to the Confederate attack?

Yes, he was very hostile industrialists and bankers - including the Jews. He does not appear to have hated Jews. IOW, he did not embrace the racialism that was a core belief of the Nazi movement.

"The economic disaster which overwhelmed our nation proved beyond question
that, independent of all racial or religious differences, there was common
need for Catholic, Protestant, Jew and irreligionist to solve a common
problem. Together did we not enjoy a common citizenship? Together did we not
rejoice in the common appellation of American? Together have we not worried
through the dark years of this depression?" Coughlin

Coughlin seems to have convinced himself that he knew everything and that his critics knew nothing. IOW, another doomed fool.

This is what has King in trouble: “White nationalist, white supremacist, Western civilization — how did that language become offensive?” Mr. King said. “Why did I sit in classes teaching me about the merits of our history and our civilization?”SK

He lumped "white nationalist, white supremacist" with Western Civ. So, he was endorsing white racism.
He was not taught that in an Iowa classroom, and he could not defend his remarks and has thankfully stopped defending them.

Seriously? Coughlin distributed the Protocols of Zion. He was a rabid anti-Semite.

Hate crime legislation isn’t just for minorities. Go look at fbi statistics.

Your opinion. He defended them but the rabid left and left wing media have an agenda.

    Right.

Hate crime legislation is just plain wrong. It punishes ideas and not actions.

No it doesn’t, it punishes actions. Motivation is often taken into consideration for prosecution. Otherwise why would we have 1st degree murder AND manslaughter?

Please paste up a few examples of Coughlin's anti-Semitism.

Ford distributed the Protocols, but Ford was one was the few influential Americans who called for the evacuation of German Jews to the US after Kristallnact. Beyond that Anti-Semitism has been a historically common feature of "progressive" movements. For instance Noam Chomsky who is a Holocaust denier.

Ford eventually rejected the his Jew hate. I doubt that Chomsky and others many others ever will.

The LW media always have an agenda. But I believe I saw a report today that King, to his credit, has now voted for his own censure.

The anal retentives are using it as a means to force people from expressing unapproved thoughts. Things will really get oppressive from now on. The sun is setting on freedom in America.

Chomsky actively promoted the Holocaust denier Faurisson, even going so far as to write an introduction for his vile book where Faurisson calls the Holocaust a "Zionist lie."

Chomsky aggressively supports Faurisson: "Is it antisemitic to speak of Zionist lies? Is Zionism the first nationalist movement in history not to have concocted lies in its own interest?" Noam Chomsky quoted by Deborah Lipstadt, "Denying the Holocaust", "The Growing Assault on Truth and Memory", p. 16. Chomsky would fit right into the Liberty Lobby.
