Outstanding. Another victory against fascism. Religious freedom lives to fight another day. Will this go to SCOTUS?

"Mary Walsh and Beverly Nance took Friendship Village to federal court for sex discrimination in July, after the senior-living facility denied the same-sex couple’s housing application," reports SLPR. "Friendship Village cited its ‘Cohabitation Policy’ as the reason for the rejection. The policy defines marriage as between one man and one woman, as 'marriage is understood in the Bible.'"

Representing the plaintiffs were the ACLU of Missouri and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, which argued that Friendship Village discriminated against the couple on the basis of sex.

    Religious freedom sucks, doesn’t it?

Too bad it’s in the Constitution.

Do you think the Islamic retirement home down the street will take them?

Why would you want to live where you aren't wanted? And then sue so you can live where you aren't wanted?

Well, if a Christian couple wanted to sue them, the left would be all beat down on the couple.

that is not religious freedom, it's discrimination

"Almighty God created the races white, black, yellow, malay and red, and he placed them on separate continents. And, but for the interference with his arrangement, there would be no cause for such marriage. The fact that he separated the races shows that he did not intend for the races to mix."

    the lord Allah, maybe. bahahaha

Why in the world would two les bains want to live in a place where they would make folks near the end of their lives feel uncomfortable? There are lots of churches who don't follow that part of the bible. Seems like there would be retirement homes, too. They could be with others who understand their needs.

Do you support forcing a Christian college group to accept the membership of a devil worshipper?

They don't want to live there.

They teamed up with the lesbian group and the ACLU to try and take down this retirement home.

    Thats how they define "progress".

Very poor analogy there, FA. How about a Catholic in a Protestant home? Or, you could put a Muslim in a Catholic home. Or, you could put a Christian in a Jewish home.

They were just a couple of young kids confused about their sexuality. They will probably grow out of it eventually.

Why doesn't anyone understand this part of the bible? The lord told the apostles, if they do not accept you, shake the dust off your feet as you leave.

Absolutly not, true religious freedom is something that has been fought for the world over and I would argue a backbone of our country.

It is sad that religious freedom has just become a means to discriminate recently though.
This too will pass, just like the last few times religion was used to subjugate entire groups of people in America. Cheer your wins as they will be short lived.

How does their mere existence “loosen... your way of life”?

I somewhat understood the claims of not wanting to be involved in gay weddings with everyone saying they were not against gay people just the service. This however has nothing to do with a wedding and is only because they are two women.

American Christians lost their moral compass a long time ago. It's just becoming obvious to a lot of people now. Evangelicals support the philandering money-worshiping pussygrabber. They will never live that down.
