    Guess you had the first "ad hom". Young boys camp with boys and young girls camp with girls AND they use different restrooms. Got a problem with that? Why is there a Girl Scouts of America anyway? They camp also!

    How ridiculous. How can someone KNOW that they are the better candidate? How common do you think
    it would be for people to know that they are the WORST candidate? That would take some pretty low self-confidence!

    So men are "heartless" if they, as @Pred said, "tough it out, overcome and move on, persevere without whining and complaining about every little thing?"

    So if Gillette ran an ad which depicted women as slaves at the home while their husbands are out working, you would say to people who don't like it, "it was just a commercial. Get over it already?"

    They don't do the same activities now do they? GS are more geared towards the arts, and the boys are more geared toward the sciences and high adventure.

    We are getting waaaaaay OT now. There is already a thread on this issue. Why don't you go there and continue on if you want. We've been down this road already.

    To be honest, I just assumed that the Girl Scouts did the same sort of stuff. Maybe it wasn't political correctness after all which led to them allowing girls to join. Maybe they were just catering to a 'gap in the market', that being girls who want to do other activities.

    Yes, BOTH Christian schools AND Muslim schools teach hatred of gays (that's in the text of their religion - from their god), so BOTH religions, and the prophets of those religions, need to be fully condemned for that. Let's not give hatred a place to hide.

    The texts of all 3 main Abrahamic faiths teach sheer hatred/contempt towards innocent people (gays), so we have to assume that those schools are equally as evil as their texts are.

    Too bad the "all-caring" and "all-powerful" JESUS isn't actually real (or isn't actually all-loving), or he'd obviously have come down in the last 2000 years and said "WTF!? You guys STILL haven't removed the vile gay-hating parts of the book about me (Bible) - what the hell is wrong with you people!?"
    It seems pretty reasonable to expect an "all-caring" and "all-powerful" being to do that - just because none HAS doesn't mean that they SHOULD.

    Muslims showing their love for gays (stoning to death a gay who they'd just thrown off a tall building, who was still breathing):
    But keep in mind that the God of the Bible is no more loving towards gays (is equally as barbaric) than the God of the Qur'an is, so both are vile.

    It's almost as if followers of the Abrahamic faiths hate themselves so much that they don't believe that they are good enough to deserve a god that doesn't viciously hate innocent people (gays, in this case.)

    The two gods are almost identical: both love slavery, both hate gays, both flooded the world killing almost all innocent life, both believe women are worth 1/2 that of a man, both think that mass-murderer Moses is one of the best people of all time, etc., etc., etc.
