his speech was rejected because it was too political and he summitted it to late

the student didn't even go to Covington he went to Holly Cross

just in the head line there are to falsehoods the headline implies speech was rejected because he was gay and that he went to Covington both outright lies

"I honestly have no idea, because what I've been taught about the Catholic faith is that it's about love and tolerance and acceptance of all people," Bales told WLWT.

He has been writing for years how the decision makers are using their editorial powers to shape and influence the news that people see. That and his second book ("Arrogance: Rescuing America from the Media Elite") as a must read for anybody who wants to know how the news media influences what people see and believe.

That is not the fracking job of a journalist! They are supposed to investigate facts, not change things to fit their view of how things should be.
