    What if he wasn't aware that it's a shopped photo, just thought it was a good pic? Besides, we all know it's common for people in the public spotlight to put out altered images... it's a thing, wierd thing yes, but still a thing. Even if you're just a normie civilian, there's filters and stuff.

    Based on the link, if he were 250, he'd be at minimum 44 pounds overweight. I honestly don't think it's that bad if we compare waist/arm length. I think he's more 20-25 pounds overweight.
