    You got platypus?

    Really?

In the wild or as a pet?
I don't think they make good pets, do they.

What a way to take personal, national responsibility.
Do the submarines come with "auto surrender"?

    https://news.yahoo.com/australia-si...ne-contract-france-two-013248672--sector.html

Australia signs $50 billion submarine contract
    with France after two-year squabble

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australia signed a production contract with French shipbuilder Naval Group on Monday for a fleet of 12 new submarines, worth A$50 billion ($35.5 billion), ending a two-year wrangle that cast doubt over one of the world's most lucrative defense deals. Australia selected the French builder as its preferred bidder for the fleet of submarines in 2016 ahead of other offers from Japan and Germany.

However, final contracts were delayed amid domestic media reports of cost blowouts and production delays.

Australia and Naval Group signed a Strategic Partnering Agreement, the overall contract to guide the construction, to end the impasse.

Hey, Australia, wanna buy a bridge in NYC?
The tolls will pay off purchase price in less than a year. ;)
Oh and let France defend you from those very bad Chinese! :nana:

EHM is short for economic hitmen.....taken from the book "New Confessions of an Economic Hitman"
Men and women who look for suckers all over the world...then sign them up to huge debts, which take decades to pay off...etc etc...read the book.....look no further than Australia if you need a political sucker
to sell something to.......like a submarine gig.....or an F35 gig.....

While the forced labour of Aboriginal people by the Federal and state Governments formally began in the late 19th Century, the system didn't end until up to the 1970s.
This means that there are number of people in our community today who lived through this experience.Mar 30, 2017

We know. Indigenous peoples around the world have usually been treated badly in lands colonised by Europeans.

The First Nation people in America were treated badly too.

:flagus: did not enslave the natives.
    Genocide, herded to reservation lands,
    but, no enslavement.
Africans were naturally healthier for enslavement. More disease resistant.
Maybe the diff is your natives be more like Africans!

Also, compare how late Australia was in correcting their lapse in humanity
    compared to more civilized nations.
Similar to the lateness in establishing professional schools for physicians and dentists. ;)

    Your Sh*tting me???

"Also, compare how late Australia was in correcting their lapse in humanity

I am guessing you’re not including America in that, or perhaps you were. Canada not long ago put rhetoric to lapses in their loss of humanity yet they are still remaining to put that into actions. Americans are still shooting them and Canada thinks tossing money at it solves the discrimination built from generations.

And you post show the very point...

Canada, indentured servitude into the 1920's
AussieLand to the 1970's, racially based.
:flagus: 1860. Or 1865 depending how you count.

Who be da retard here? ;)
