But this needs, in addition to President Trump's signature, also a Ratification by the Congress. And, since the Democratic ("Socialist"/"Liberal") Party, meanwhile, got a Majority in the House (even if Trump strengthened his Republican Majority in the Senate), at the Mid-Term Elections, then, inevitably, it all depends now by at least from an elementary good Bi-Partisan cooperation inside the USA. Or, will the Dems play the game, or not ? Naturally, if they Block, under any pretext, a Peace Treaty on Korea, then, they will Bear a very Heavy Responsibility for the risks and consequences, vis a vis all those who are concerned in that Dangerous Nuclear Arms imbroglio. I don't disagree with all that you have said, just parts of it. The main disagreement is the accusation that the dems are socialists. ha ha Socialism is when there is no private ownership of the production of goods and services, an instead of that, the State owns that, as well as the distribution of those goods and services. In actions, the DP, the dems, are not that much different from the GOP. The elites and special interests control so much economically, via both parties, and that is what drove slave labor globalism to max out profits for the top. They were able to change our economic model, in their own self interests, calling it free trade, but which was really the offshoring of living wage jobs to slave labor elsewhere, outside of the US. The DP is just comprised of a group of elites who are irresponsible people, who are always in partisan mode, the quest for power in DC for the party, and who bear little similarity to the DP that I was a member of until the clinton admin and the DP stopped representing the working middle class, and used tricks(identity politics) in order to divide and conquer, while refusing to represent those people they had represented since FDR.
