Or do you still believe the myth that collusion means "flipping votes" just because Hannity hammers it into your brain every day? And no nolle prosequi for collusion, conspiracy, or election interference was part of the plea deal. You shoulda stuck with your original story ...     I'm giving you a transcript of a signed confession given under oath. I do this because you are too uninformed to even know that the confession existed. And now we're supposed to believe that you are privy to Muller's report which not even the State Department has.....

    Very simply. Mueller obtained an indictment. The indictment cites the statutes. Charges are nolle, or reduced at the courts disgression, upon motions presented in pre trial / pre sentencing hearings. Mueller can't conceal charges from the court. If collusion charges were sought, the grand jury would have included them in the true bill indictment. Or returned a no true bill verdict on the charge of collusion, conspiracy, election tampering / interference. None of it happened.
