Violence is only justified in cases of self defense. In this case the person INITIATING the violence should be charged. This is the same principle I applied to the handicapped shooting incident in Clearwater FL (Drejka case).

 

The facts in this case as we know them don't really demonstrate a case of racism, let alone systemic racism. Both parties were apparently arrested. The woman was probably arrested first because she smashed the truck windows in full view of the cops. Cops generally go by the last observed is the first arrested methodology.

 

The woman smashed out the dudes truck windows. Sounds like a basis to be arrested.
