He's forbidden by law from revealing grand jury information on uncharged people.

There has been ZERO indictments related in any way shape or form to Trump, his family, his campaign or his presidency, that Mueller has cleared Trump, his family and his team of all accusations, this fact shows that Jay is absolutely correct and deflated George is spewing utter childish nonsense.

 

When the special prosecutor's report reaches the AG the AG has no legal obligation to release a summary, or even a single word. The president does not have the authority to order the AG to release it.

If the AG decides on a release, as this one has, one would expect meticulous and painstaking effort to redact all that must be redacted by law, overlooking nothing. And if any grand jurors break the law and talk, one would expect the AG to prosecute them ruthlessly.

The issue seems to be summary pages were included in the report for quick release to both congress and the public redacting that very information. Trumps AG decided to scrap them however, after seeing how many of trumps cabinet picks and prior officials or managers have been corrup (or that have been arrested or convicted) it definitely seems like something is being hidden.

 

He did not have to release anything by law. I hope he does not cave.

Ifnhebchoose to release anything, it should be a redacted version only to the Committee and if the Committee releases it to the public, he should indict them

 

Barr is a crook. If the dumb bunny gutless Congress Critters had any balls they would tell him to produce every single page of the report to them by 10 AM Monday morning or impeach him at 10:01AM Monday for malfeasance in office.

The investigation is over, Mueller, his team, two highest law enforcement officers in the country and the DOJ legal department didn't find a crime to prosecute but by all means, run with the quote if it compensates for 2 years of your life waisted on waiting for the "frog-marching".

The AG parsed and cherry-picked comments to help trump. It was a perfect example of sophistry.

There is an obvious conflict of interest between Barr and trump. Therefore, Barr must recuse himself or resign, immediately, if not sooner.

 

No, Russia absolutely did attack our election. There is NO question about that.

The only question was to what degree Trump and other campaign operatives helped them.

Regardless of that, we need Mueller's results in order to be in a position to stop Russia in future elections. And, that is somethinng that cogress must address.

 

Barr and the DOJ need to go after all of those responsible for orchestrating a coup attempt. Pretty sure Obama was in on it too.

Hmm I have my theories but frankly I could not care less, it's the result of the investigation that matters. Mueller did not find a prosecutable crime, the top law enforcement officers in the country did not, the DOJ legal department didn't. There is literally no one left to indict. Case closed (literally ). Trump and Co were fully and completely exonerated.
