Pacifism is a thing of its own. You can find pacifists of both left and right. Not getting into arbitrary wars that have nothing to do with us can be a right wing thing. Intervening because something must be done! can be very leftist. But hate? Some leftist stereotypes: anti-nationalist, anti-religious, anti-liberty, anti-free speech, anti-free thought, anti-corporatist... these too can be considered positions of hate. And they can be as destructive and hateful as anything that comes from the right.
