Nope. Cop shoots a suspect that she reasonably thought was about to shoot her. Cops aren't trained much beyond basic first aid. Thus, if they administer aid that they aren't trained and authorized to do so, can be liable. Plus, they must first make sure that the scene is secure.

What in the hell is a "darkskin black"? I thought the politically correct term was person of color. I wish you folks could make up your minds on this... I have been a white person my entire life and the term to describe me has never changed. On the other hand, the term for minorities has went from negro to colored person to black to African american to person of color to who knows what next.

Oddly when a white felon gets gunned down in a white community by the cops, most of the white community are either indifferent or happy that he was killed. It is cultural thing I guess. Can you explain to me why blacks are upset when violent felons from their community are gunned down by the cops and why whites are NOT upset when violent felons from their community are gunned down by the cops?

But then I do not remember hearing of a 12 years old white child being gun down in a park or a white man unloading a u-haul in the middle of the day having two cops guns in his face and having white security guards killed is rare.

 

More whites are killed by cops each year than blacks. It does happen in white communities. The difference is that when a white is killed by cops it generally does not make national news. You are listening to propaganda made to give you the impression of oppression. Look up John McWhorter (a liberal and top intellectual who happens to be black), he speaks on this issue frequently.

 

First half the people in prisons are blacks and only 10 percents of the population are black an no study I had seen indicate that blacks are into crimes at must greater rates then whites.

In fact in some cases while for example blacks women are look at must harder then whites women returning to the US they are far less likely to be carrying anything illegal then non-black women.

Next when I am driving an see a blue light behind me my only concern is a possible traffic ticket but a black male is likely fearing for his life.

Going to be interesting when poorly train white teachers that are arm to the teeth are place into schools that contain black children.

I will made a prediction on this thread that the first child killed by an armed teacher by error will be black.

Hell one black mother called into NPR radio over the issue of flooding the schools with guns and stated that she will home school her kids before placing them at such risk.

Do take note that as far as I can remember no black child had taken part in mass schools shootings but they will be the ones most likely to be gun down by arm teachers in that mother opinion and mine.
