Ha! I can just see it now ... Joe and Tulsi win the nomination. They're together on the podium before their adoring, cheering audience. Joe wraps his arm around her for one of those traditional victory poses, the other arm up in a victory wave (we've all seen those poses). But his arm wraps around her too much and ends up where it shouldn't end up. She pushes him away. He trips and falls. The Secret Service rushes in and wrestles Tulsi too the ground ....
Rogan's podcasts are excellent. Tulsi Gabbard is one of the more honest and smarter Democrats. For that, she has no chance this cycle. She outed the DNC and quit the leadership when she detected the fix was in for Hillary Clinton in the primaries. She will pay the price for that honesty. They give her no support.
I like Tulsi, but the dems won't allow her to get far. Not to burst any bubbles, but Rogan also just admitted he thinks Trump will win, and for good reasons...
Sorry guys. He may be popular with young people on the east and west coasts but I have only heard his name mentioned a couple times. I understand he's a standup comedian, martial artist, podcaster, likes hip hop and smoking weed with Elon Musk. Someone said boomer. Yep, that's me. Different generation. I have never heard of most of the under 40 popular people you all seem to admire and I can't stand hip hop. I used to study some combat karate with a Vietnam vet but never got into pro wrestling, kick boxing or what evolved into MMA. I drank a lot of Bud and did smoke weed. I'm a Republican but not much of a conservative. I code some and am fairly tech savvy (for my age) but don't care much for social media (except a couple bulletin board forums like this), Instagram or podcasts. I don't tweet either and seldom text anyone except to reply. I don't think very many comedians these days are funny, especially left wing Hollywood types who all think their political messages mean anything. Yeah, I'm the boring old guy but I do vote right.
This explains a lot...seems like the modern dnc followers have limited themselves to a few sources for information and unfortunately they are propaganda machines like Rachael maddow and CNN. It really hurts our Republic when that happens
I watched what the left did to comedy. From the 90's to the 2000's, comedians went from calling out anyone and everyone to appeasing certain protected groups. (Islam) Sara Silverman. South Park. and so on. The left murdered comedy.
I guess so. It's like the flash gatherings they do via cell phone? where young leftists under 30 meet to protest about anything and everything. Smart kids mostly but can't seem to understand why socialism is not the answer here, ever.
I didn't know he was that influential. To me and millions of others he is "that guy from fear factor". I also didn't know listening to podcasts was a prerequisite to tech saviness
I agree with your opinion on Tulsi, she's one of the few Dem's that I actually liked, which generally means that others of the left slant are going to hate her. I like Rogan's podcasts, I've listened to quite a few, I hated his standup but the podcasts are great, he's popular because he's good.
I like Gabbard she has more integrity than Trump, and the whole clown show that the Democrats got going on right now. She’s be the first democrat I’d consider voting for, even though I’m sure I would oppose a majority of her domestic agenda.
When a guy has that many viewers, yeah hes influential And If you use the Podcast App his face is plastered there. Hard to miss him. All tech savvy people I know or those who seek to better themselves or stay informed, listen to Podcasts. Not a rule but I really don’t know anyone who doesn’t. Not a slam against you personally, so sorry if you might have interpreted it that way.
Cable news is a dinosaur watching the asteroid screaming towards earth, all the while oblivious to their doom. Any politician who is media savvy will get interviewed on podcasts.
I agree with your take and I support Tulsi. It would be great if she could get some traction and give it a good run. Then maybe the GOP could come to their senses p, dump the horse’s ass Trump and run a guy like Ben Sasse. I could easily vote for either of those candidates.
Anyone who is interested in helping Tulsi should make a donation to her. Even if it's a small donation, it will help her get into the debates. She needs about 100,000 unique donations (of any amount) to be assured a spot in the debates. I think that is probably her main goal: To get into the debates and raise awareness of her positions. She could also position herself as a potential vice presidential candidate or future cabinet member.
She doesn’t need the DNC anymore than Trump needed the RNC. All she needs are the votes in the primaries. It’s very early in the game. She is very charismatic, intelligent and good looking. She is also a Patriot unlike the blowhard draft dodging slacker in office now. I was contacted by a research agency on my cell phone about her yesterday as a California Independent. The fact that California’s primary will be held in March instead of June could be a huge factor next year. I sent money to her campaign already. After Trump’s huge upsets in both the primaries and the general in 2016, anything is possible. When the people get a chance to see her face to face with the rest of the candidates, I think her quality will stand out.
Views are just that. Click on any internet web page linked to ads and the advertiser gets charged per click. 1. As much as 30% are fraudulent clicks from any number of sources including bots. 2. Just because a click gets recorded as a view, it doesn't mean the viewer watched the podcast 3. Podcast clicks or views don't equate to votes. 4. Gabbard won't even make it to the debates. 5. I don't listen to Rogan and never will. He's a liberal clown set to dem speed
On your 5th point, I disagree. Rogan is a pretty honest merchant, Left leaning or not. Also, most of his casts are not political and he has some amazing guests with fantastic topics that you will never get out of the Mainstream Media.
Yea all that influence. He endorsed Ron Paul in the 2012 U.S. presidential campaign and Gary Johnson in the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign.
Yeah, but you support Trump, so your opinion of who is respectable or not is completely meaningless.... Sorry to be the one to break the news to you, but it was bound to happen someday...
