Because they are lower maintenance, less prone to complaining about every single thing, require less supervision and work circles around Americans?

yes we would see an increase in prices for produce hotel rooms and so forth but aren't you willing to play a little more for American citizens to earn a living wage?

Because Mexicans actually work. They are more productive. Legal or not.

I have Mexicans working for me that are making above 80 grand a year, and I can't get an American to apply for a job. That living wage argument is BS.

I was in construction administration for a while, we had positions from 65k all the way up to 180k that we couldn’t fill during the recession. People didn’t want to travel or didn’t want to work in the heat — guess who we filled them with. Evil brown people that sent half their earnings back to Mexico — and while most were legal every one of them did what was asked when it was asked and did it cleanly and quickly. We had Hispanic green helpers (lowest paid people in the field) doing more work with higher quality than people with DOD certifications (highest paid).

Absolutely, but I’m also willing to pay a little more for Americans to have healthcare so I’m fairly consistent.

    How about you?

When I first took my current job moving here from the Midwest, I told my boss I was only going to hire English speaking people. He laughed at me and his exact words were 'Good luck with that." I tried and failed pretty quickly. Everyone I have now has all the necessary documentation to work here, but I have had some slip through. I have had to fire some really productive workers, and actually really good guys too.

I actually had a guy come in my office and tell me that he is an American and doesn't work more than 8 hours a day. Then he told me how unfair it was that the Mexicans were making more than him when he could barely do half of what they could get done in a day. Another guy showed up an hour and a half late for work everyday his first week then laid on my floor and cried when I fired him. If I had a quarter for every white guy that came in my office and told me how hard of a worker they were, I could probably retire.

I worked a job for 13 years and was late one time when I plowed a full grown angus cow in my 82 ford thunderbird at 75mph! And even then I sill made the mantrip to the section! Like I said, no one out worked my ass :)

It’s a generalized statement, most stereotypes are born of fact.

He's doing a terrible job then.

He works for free-donating his wages to worthy charities.

In socialism it's the Government officials that seek profit over the good, Venezuela and Cuba are my prime examples. Never forget absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I'll bet they're working 80 hours a week to get that $80 grand, with Obama Care benefits.

I think you're making a ton of money off of illegals paying them coolie labor wages, that's what I think.

Oh puhleeze, bloody STAWP willya.. Trump's salary is a literal drop in the bucket. He probably makes more than that on the Secret Service staying at Trump Tower alone. I'm going to assume you're being facetious, NOBODY is that bloody gullible.

Take away their ability to get legitimate jobs with phony, under age or stolen social security numbers. The SSA and IRS are all too well aware of multiple people using a single social security number. One lady from California had 81 people in 17 states using hers and this isn't a unique story. With modern computer databases, it wouldn't be hard to pluck out all the duplicate or non issued users excepting the original issuee. Then send notices to their employers the duplicate users payments are coming from that there appears to be an error and they must verify the social security number within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Then move on to the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number filers, requiring them to provide their valid visa's allowing them to remain legally in the country, send notices to their employers the ITIN employee payments are coming from that there appears to be an error and they must verify the employee's valid visa within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Compile a list of those failing to provide the valid visa's and investigate if they are in the country legally, if not deport them. Enforcement had a ripple effect back in 2006 when IFCO (wooden palette maker) got caught in a Government sting. A local area electronics maker fired 88 employees that couldn't produce a valid SSN and they weren't under scrutiny by ICE. The jobs were quickly filled with citizens. E-Verify must become mandatory, no exceptions and used to verify citizenship for any jobs or government benefits. Take away their ability to get legitimate jobs and or government benefits with forged paperwork and they will go home on their own.

Please post how much the Secret Service pays for guarding Trump at Mira Lago? Then I'll compare that to the Clinton's SS cost in Chappaqua.

Then I'll compare that to the cost of Redfin Tuna in the Tokyo Fish Market. And you can compare that to how much Taylor paid their father for his business on Billions

Or we could stick to what the immediate posts were about. My contention is that Trump is robbing us of more that his annual salary on a daily basis and this is well-known and obvious to anyone who is not being purposely obtuse. His turning back his salary is about the most hypocritical virtue signaling I've seen yet

No Clinton has been President since 2000. No Clinton has even been running for President since 2016, do try to keep up.
