Ok parents aren't teaching their kids the value of human life and why it has value.
I am sorry it is that simple.
Kids think their actions don't have consequences. Anarchy is not a good way to raise kids.

How convenient. Just pretend that Trump never proposed a ban on Muslim immigration.

You mean a temporary ban on people from specific country where terrorists are more common until a proper system could be established to weed terrorists out?

Is that what trump originally proposed when he was running? Or is that the watered-down version he was forced to accept?

Absolutely. For these kinds of shootings, root cause is vitally important. A priority, I would say. But that doesn't change my views about the ease of availability to guns.

I, personally, do not own or believe in private ownership of guns. But I do respect the constitution (although I don't believe in today's interpretations of 2A). It is vital for intelligence debate on the subject for people to understand that the left is not trying to take away everyone's guns. Sure, there are some who do, but they are not in the majority. Common sense gun laws would go a long way to appease the left.

And wouldn’t it be a GOOD idea to you know tighten up gun laws a little until you DO find out what is happening?

What new gun laws do you believe would have stopped any of the most recent mass shootings?

100% of school shootings take place in gun free zones.

The cool thing about America is that we don't get to make demands that are unconstitutional.

It's a simple equation if you want more gun control laws you hate the constitution.

What changed was the rise of leftism & the reduction of psychiatric care. < A recipe for disaster!

As a former member of the NRA I can attest to the fact that the NRA is not a sportsman organization and hasn't been for decades. It is a powerful lobby for gun manufacturers. If the NRA is a positive force in America, I fail to see it.

Large magazine, high velocity, rapid fire assault weapons? Get rid of them. Limit the carnage.

PS, last time I was challenged in a 300 yard shoot out I relieved my buddy of a hundred bucks. Just so you know where my heart is.

    https://crimeresearch.org/2018/06/m...ty-on-guns-analysis-of-recent-mass-shootings/

There is debate over the extent to which perpetrators target gun-free zones. One analysis of 133 mass shooting events between 2009 and 2016 found that 10 percent of incidents occurred in designated gun-free zones (Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund, 2017b). However, another analysis focused on public mass shootings between 1998 and 2015 and reported that 96.2 percent of incidents took place in gun-free zones (Crime Prevention Research Center, 2014). While the discrepancy in these estimates is partially due to differences in how mass shootings are defined—the latter study restricts analysis to public mass shootings—there also appears to be some disagreement about how gun-free zones are classified.

    What reduction of psychiatric care?

You mean the inhumane conditions of psychiatric hospitals were exposed and rather than the taxes required to alleviate those conditions, the Republicans under Reagan chose instead to just release patients with no clear plan for how they would be cared for?

You realize that under America’s supposed “Best healthcare system in the world” that a depressed person attempting suicide and getting a couple night stay in a psych ward racks up crippling debt and results in basically no treatment other than housing, right?
