Back during the early 1980's I was told by a good friend that a family member of his was working on offshore drilling off the coast of Nova Scotia. My buddy's family member told him that two reports were prepared....... one for the government offices that were sending them subsidies........... and an accurate report was sent off to the big oil company that he was working for. He said that there was lots and lots of oil off the coast of Nova Scotia.... and from what my buddy was told.... the government figures are on the low side. I asked Joe for further clarification:

One thing that the posters on political forum can agree on is that both the Ottawa as well as the Washington Swamp are both influenced by ELITISM! Can we learn about the Washington Swamp from the Ottawa Swamp? Does the Ottawa Swamp and the Washington Swamp have the common denominator of ELITISM?
