athletics is gonna be a tricky thing, people were cheering it on when women played football or wrestling, but when a man plays a women's sport people get up in arms if they win

the bill dems passed had only to do with equal rights for all... this is a complicated issue though, most admit that

the answer though is not to discriminate against lgbt, it's to find an acceptable solution to these kinds of problems, glad it's not up to me, we elect people to figure that stuff out

Do you mean when a biological man beats a woman in a woman only sporting event? Then no, people generally do NOT get up in arms! Sure some of the girls who loose to the man won't have a problem because of their insane level of leftism, but I'm confident that the vast majority will be DEEPLY angered. However they won't say anything! This is because they are scared of the backlash that they will get! Even if the angry ones all got together as one voice and even if they were the majority of the team, they would still face backlash from outside of the women's sport world, which is tiny compared to the rest of society, just the same as men's sport. They even risk losing their jobs or future employment opportunities! This is the INSANE world that we live in!

Well I only have one answer: Biological men play men's sport and biological women play women's sport. Its pretty simple really. Anything less is just completely unfair. However, if a man went on testosterone reducing treatment so that it was at the level of the average female, I can't see why I'd have a problem with it, but this is only a thing at the olympic level. Regarding women playing in men's sport, the argument isn't based on competitive advantage, but rather based on making the team worse, which would only be a problem if they got in the team not based on merit, but based on their transgender identity. However, if a woman can get in based on merit after proving herself as competent against male competitors, then I can't see a problem with it. However I don't tend to hear about these stories, only men playing in woman's sport.

I agree, just like some did not like it when women played football, but stayed quit, because of potential backlash..... it's a tricky situation, people want trans to be treated fair, but sports are already dived by gender

Feminine male
Masculine female

or some terms that distinguish, genetically male of female, yes, there are people that naturally swap genders during puberty, but not many, they complicate matters too, as some day that will be able to be medically induced now that science has living people to figure out the process, they are close

I think trans hurt themselves with this fight, but now that it's happened, it will have to be dealt with, cause technically it is discrimination to even split the sports by gender - but no one wants to change that, for obvious reasons that most agree with

most women don't play football as it's a rough sport, and science is now showing it's not a good idea for even males to be playing the sport

 

why would we ban gay teachers, that is what the law is actually meant to prevent, discrimination in the workplace

If we can assume that gay is bad, then that's the first hurdle.

The second is understanding why we find X sexually attractive. That X is all over the board, with girls with long legs and mini skirts in the west, to girls with plates in their lips in africa, to girls with messed up cobbled feet in China. What happpens is that we are imprinted with an attraction for something very early on in our development. It could be fat chicks or chicks that look completely different from what we grew up with (asian fetish).

The short answer to your question is that what we find sexually attractive is connected to something we experienced when we were younger. Something that got the little chubster's motor running, and we went to town. Since there are no firm evolutionary rules we can use, it must be based more on nurture than nature.

So if being gay is bad, then we don't want to give the little tykes a reason to walk on the wild side.

Well we would ban gay teachers just like we would ban any teacher, if they wern't doing there job. Sadly though, many people will think that they are being fired for simply being gay.
