You, too, can call it anything you like, a baby, a bun, a princess, the Gerber baby...but NONE of that hides the FACT that it is a fetus, the word grownups , scientists, and the law use.

It is a stage in life and a fetus is no more a baby than it is a teenager or adult.

Anti-Choicers want to use the word "baby' to try to make people think the Gerber baby is being aborted...it's pure emotional imagination and manipulation unhindered by fact.

If the placenta is meant to SEPARATE the woman and FETUS then the fetus is separate and can be taken out to grow on it's own...

Point A (and B and C) is that ALL this argument about the zygote, fetus, baby, child etc, is just BULLFECES, you know it and so do I. Were these pregnancies among poor people and conservatives were about to get charged for them in taxes to pay for childcare, education etc over the next 18 years and maybe beyond, they'd be down at the clinics with fracking AXES, don't try to deny it.

The thing is conservatives see here a chance to bash somebody for having SEX, and being conservatives, and maybe even CHRISSSTIANNNS they see SEX as the major bugaboo of the world. No matter that what they're doing is COMPLETELY off the wall as to having ANY relevance to the problem they're ostensibly addressing, that doesn't matter and isn't really even being considered. They're protecting our morals and that's the whole POINT of politics for Christians.

They're all SOOO concerned about the "unborn" while they're unborn, but let them get born and who gives a Flying Fandango? (Arizona, one of the stricter states, has NO childcare leave provisions in their laws, and that's just one example. Women are apparently expected to squat, drop and get back to work there)
