Until banning the likes of Alex Jones turns into banning someone like Shapiro or Peterson or even Joe Rogan who might interview the "wrong" people. Liberals have suggested just conversing with someone means you support them, which is NUTS. Rogan talks about it all the time, after he had Jones on. He was getting accused of supporting him by simply giving him airtime. He had him on, just so you could hear him be crazy. The whole point is, you want people to speak, so that you have proof they're crazy or not. You can decide, "damn, he's nuts", and that's a GOOD thing. Listening to Alex Jones rant about B.S. doesn't make you any crazier than listening to MSNBC claim Trump was a Russian spy for the past 3 years. Is it really THAT different, a sitting president working for Russia? Not really. Equal levels of crazy there.

Its the slippery slope we don't' want to go down, because it can slip in an instant. Its why we live here and not in China or even EU. We don't have a couple people deciding what is "OK".

Facebook is legaly considered a public forum. They do this because it gives them legal immunity for any illegal things that go on through their platform. As a public forum, facebook is legally prohibited from discriminating against any federally protected classes, or based on political or social ideology.

But just to be clear, an ISP is an Internet Service Provider. A company that sells internet connections. Facebook is NOT an ISP.
