I have often wondered what Sally Yates must have been thinking when she had to go tell the clown that his National Security Advisor was compromised because he lied about his activities with the Russians, suspecting, (and probably knowing) that the man she was telling this to was just as thoroughly compromised.

The reactions are so predictable. We wouldn't have known about Russia at all, had Hillary won. We needed to trust the results when Hillary won, but now the election was fixed. And Democrats were all behind Mueller until he didn't do exactly what they wanted. And NOW, its a scandal.

Your default state is innocence. That state maintains itself when you are investigated, if you are charged, throughout your defense, and changes if and only if you are proven guilty. The law simply cannot operate any other way than this without obliterating our freedoms and rights.

 

There has never been a finding of innocence in court. Yes it’s innocent until proven guilty, but the court jury or judge never renders an innocent verdict. Ever

 

My first question was whether this Becarro works for Fox or Limbaugh. Trump plays golf with Limbaugh and Hannity allegedly gives Trump policy direction over the phone.

 

Well of course it doesn't. For one your de facto state is innocence. For two sometimes it just wouldn't be possible to prove innocence in every case so what would we do with defendants then? If they cant be proven guilty and they cant be proven innocent either then do we just apply 50% of the prescribed punishment?

 

Other countries must be laughing their asses off at the drama happening in this country. Can almost see them in my mind grabbing popcorn nightly and watching fake news CNN. Just like some endless soap opera, it goes on and on with no end in sight.
