There are a lot of democrats including the old hag Waters that are screaming impeach Trump. But in order to impeach a president he has to be guilty of "high crimes". In the case of President Trump, making democrats cry when the criminal "her turn" Hillary, is NOT a high crime. So tell me, and be specific, just what high crimes do you think the president has committed. If someone should have been impeached it should have been Obama, because of Benghazi, and the uranium treason. President Trump has come no where near anything like that. Again be specific when posting what you think is a high crime!!!!
you left out "treason", bribery" and "misdemeanors." How about obstruction of Justice for refusing to honor a lawful subpoena for documents, and for encouraging witnesses to ignore subpoenas to testify before Congress?
Trump just blew up the stock market because he couldn't leave well enough alone (it just went below it's 200 day moving average) so Average Joe with a 401K isn't going to need much convincing that Drama Queen Trump needs to go. Look for the findings of the NY District Attorney's office's investigation on financial irregularities if there are any high crimes and misdemeanors worthy of impeachment. Trump's old parters, the Dezer Brothers are already under investigation for money laundering.
Sure they can, it's up to the party issuing the sub to enforce them, if that requires Court action that's fine. People have a right to be heard. The Presidnet also has a right to claim Executive Priv With that said, the White House is fighting in Court on a number of these.
"Crimes or misdemeanors ..." those are the criteria for impeachment. The NY District Attorney's office is investigating the Trump foundation for "crimes and misdemeanors". Trump's business partners are being investigated for money laundering. It's totally on subject. Impeachment.
There have been hundreds of lower level politicians investigated, forced to resign, or tried and convicted for money laundering, corrupt business practices, suspect association with criminal elements and bribery. Trump is hardly the first or only.
The Trump Foundation's case is closed. It was a civil action. and what someone's former associates doesn't make the person guilty of anything. We dont do guilt by assocation in the Untied States. If what you said is true that Obama should have been impeached because he was pals with a convicted domestic terrorist, Bill Ayers. We simply don't do that...why is the Rule of Law so hard for you all to grasp?
Associating with criminal elements doesn't make one guilty, but it does open one up to investigation. Trump's past actions with his "university" and years of association with the Dezer Brothers does open him up to investigation.
No it doesn't,....not in the United States...probable cause is required. The Dezer Brothers are being investigated in Brazil...unrelated to the President...we don't just investigate someone because they know someone. What do you mean with his "university?" There was a civil lawsuit that's closed now, because a few customers weren't happy. The Rule of Law continues to be somethign the left hates....
And we don't know - Mueller handed over findings to 12 different investigations. The "rule of law" is still being played out. And dude - after years of "Lock her Up ...!" you really want to claim that only the left is ignoring the rule of law ... please ...
What don't we know? Everything you brought up we know about, as I highlighted. We know two of those referrals...Cohen and Obama's White House Counsel Gregory Craig...unrelated to the President....https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/mueller-mystery-what-are-12-criminal-referrals-n996166
Well Trump has been know to talk to Pelosi and Schumer. Does that make him guilty of a high crime. Oh yeah--------------------and he did appear on TV with Hillary!!!!! Maybe you have him there.
Doesn't need to be a high crime for impeachment. Getting a consensual BJ by staff member wasn't a high crime (just sleazy as hell) by Clinton, and he was impeached in the House for it - by Republicans.
