    Alan Dershowitz disagrees with you:

See about 2:06, Dershowitz rightly calls it distortion of Dowd's testimony.

“Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus"
Are you sure you wanna go there?
Because Trump lies all the time. Every day, multiple times each day. So if we apply your maxim, Trump is lying when he says, “no collusion, no obstruction”.
Of course there is no fraud in the Mueller report. This is a transcript of a voicemail message. Dowd doesn’t deny the content of the message, just the characterisation of it. That ain’t fraud.

LOL, so Trump is the liar, but on the big issue of collusion he was telling the truth and your side was lying. What exactly is Dershowitz' motive for calling this distortion of testimony?

No one is withholding exculpatory evidence. What an inaccurate, incomplete comment. That is libel.

Paul7, your logic is inverted and insensible.

Yawn.... Nothing new there... same old meaningless garbage...

Who cares who made the formal decision to remove Strzok from the investigation?? I'm sure McCabe had to run it by Mueller and they were in agreement. Ooooh... Conspiracy!!!

Nobody has figured out where Dershowitz is coming from anymore... He's almost as loony as Giuliani most days...

Testimony?? It was a voice mail.... how in the world is that testimony?? And since the Mueller report wasn't used in a legal proceeding for OOJ, it's neither evidence or testimony, in the format it was presented...

Jake doesn't care ... Mueller omitted all the right facts, for all the right reasons as far as Trump haters are concerned. Mueller knew immediately he couldn't prove obstruction, so what he did instead was omit the fact that the threshold of misconduct hadn't been crossed at any time. To be clear ... the FBI ID'd the suspected culprits, and it was not the prosecutors job to clear the FBI's suspects. The prosecutor being the most nightmarish defense attorney anyone could imagine, Mueller's tepid exoneration is not a surprise.

Well, just the one part so far. It looks like there was tampering done. Do you disagree that there was some tampering done to the report? Just looking @ some other posters who are known lefties they seem to be blowing it off as usual.

Bob would have to show up at a libel trial Jake. :roflol: This was a "transcriped" piece of evidence. Prosecutors don't have "artistic license" and it's Mueller who's been caught "distorting" the facts Jake. The OP cites the omission, and it's significant enough to the rule of law ... "Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus".

Call the altered statement whatever you want, it was changed in the report.

It wasn't changed.. it was edited to leave out the unimportant parts.... Nothing that was left out changes the gist of what Dowd was trying (??) to say....

I think you need to run with this, as far as it will take you.... This might be the 19th or 20th biggest story on this forum today...

When Trump lies under oath you'll have yourself a formidable strawman. Dowd contends, factually asserts that the transcribed exchange was deceitfully edited. The full text is available, and has been quoted by Senate investigators.

Maybe you didn't hear, but there's a hearing on the Mueller report in the Judiciary on Monday... I recommend TIVO, or whatever recording service you use..

Clearly this is not obstruction when you read the entire transcript. What else has mueller mischaracterized?

I guess if the Mulehead report continues to show anymore changes in it then your side could always go back to the pee pee dossier.

You pretty well concede there was at least one "conspiracy" Strzok was certainly removed and demoted, and the obvious reason is the "conspiracy" to obtain a fraudulent FISA warrant. Strzok is FBI "union" personnel, really odd he isn't arbitrating his demotion and firing. McCabe had cause, and Mueller wiped Strzok's devices. Not a coincidence, and Mueller's going to explain it to AG Barr's satisfaction. It'd be beautifully ironic if Mueller were charged with obstruction. :;):

Look at the far right gang stalking, and they still can't make a case.

The report is good. Dowd has not said anything 'bad' and Dersh is going senile.

You cannot exculpate the President, podjos, because he is a criminal and criminals do, like, criminal things.

Trump has been convicted of nothing, and we will see who the real criminals are when the IG and Barr investigations are finished.
