If they hire people to commit crimes and a crime is committed they too are guilty of the crime. Trump's resorts profited before he was elected and we do not require Presidents to give up all their personal property.

I am specifically referring to the corruption while in office. But a hiring manager should be intelligent enough to understand that if someone was corrupt before they took the position they will likely remain so. I’m glad trumps daddy gave him billions of dollars, he would have just been a homeless imbecile had he not instead of a rich one.

Washington and Jefferson both kept their plantations in operation and even selling to foreign governments. The Kennedy liquor business did not cease operations. The Carter peanut farm continued to sell peanuts. It makes perfect sense for the staff and Secret Service to stay on the property when Trump visits his home. And successful Presidents and Presidential families who owned other homes like Reagan, Nixon, Kennedy, Carter, Bush41, Bush43 all frequently visited them as opposed to less successful like Clinton and Obama who only enriched themsleves because of their public service.
