The fact remains, Russian intelligence launched a cyberattack hours after Trump's speech. It's either a coincidence, or it's not. I don't think it's a coincidence, and I doubt you do as well.

 

Such a great country we have become. Partisanship has always been alive and well, but the divide over the past 2-3 years is staggering.

 

Are you implying that Putin needed Trump's permission to launch a cyber attack?

 

It's been worse. I just read "Those Angry Days" about the political divide before WW2, before the Japanese solved everything for us. Everyone pre-Pearl Harbor was at each other's throats. Nowadays, all that happens is we rage online or someone gets their MAGA hat knocked off. It's really pretty tame, considering there's 300 million of us.

 

I'm implying that if it wasn't a coincidence then the only other plausible explanation is Trump's speech caused Putin to authorize the GRU to cyberattack Clinton (I'm assuming nothing consequential happens in Russia without Putin knowing about it, which is a safe assumption).

Now, Mueller claims he can't establish, with a "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard, that there was a conspiracy, and maybe there wasn't. Maybe the GRU had plans to go after Clinton for awhile, and Trump's speech convinced Putin he could work with Trump, and that's why he authorized it.

But I don't think it can be argued Trump's speech had nothing to do with the GRU's attack on Clinton. That would require a coincidence that's too absurd to believe.

 

And this is the best they have.

We must stay on our toes. Democrats have a nasty habit of employing foreign agents to attack our candidate. They also abuse the courts to spy on our candidates. They also unmask our candidate's staff. They also leak information to the press that is not supposed to see daylight. Finally, they have a willing accomplice in most of the "Free Press" to carry their water and push their lies and propaganda.

You can't be too careful when dealing with the scumbags that run the Democratic Party and Mainstream Media.
