Big headlines on Wapo saying Trump still owes DC $7 million for his inauguration

You know that big party he threw with all of the questions about where the money came from and how it was spent?

Trump is disputing that bill with El Paso who way overcharged him.

For the services their police provided other cities charge around 60k but they charged him 470k.

    Wouldn't you be disputing that?

El Paso refuses to provide a contract stating where they agreed to charge Trump that much and where he signed it.

More fake news from the left.

How many of those cases went against Trump?

I notice you don't include that figure and probably for a reason.

    I get it...he won.

Now out of those 3500 lawsuits how many did he lose?

    Why won't you tell us?

Beto was there the same day. El Paso charged his campaign $21,000. Trump was there less than a day. Call it eight hours total. Figure police and fire are paid $50/hour on the high side. Before the late fees, that would indicate that El Paso provided around 7500 man hours. El Paso has around 2000 police and firemen. That means that every policeman and fireman spent at least half a day in sole support of the Trump campaign.

Just rough math. But, it looks like price gouging to me. Did

This is what Trump does with every bill anyone ever sends him.

Trump does not pay his bills.

That’s why he had so much trouble getting lawyers to work for him (the wouldn’t until the RNC guaranteed the money).

Trump’s deadbeat history preceded his presidency.

He never pays is contractors, and every Trump project winds up in court, from unpaid contractors, cheated investors, and cheated buyers.

Wall Street knows this. Which is why the only bank outside Moscow who will lend him money is Deustche Bank, which has been up to its neck in Russian money laundering money.

Trump is a deadbeat. He always has been.

Nearly all of them. Trump always winds up settling.

He rarely wins a lawsuit. But he spends a lot of time being sued.

He wound up settling the Trump U fraud suit, too. It cost him more to do that than it would have had he simply given the money back.

Beto did not travel with a huge entourage, the way President’s do. He is also a candidate, not the President, so the Secret Service was not there to impose extra requirements on the local police.

How many times are you Trumpsters going to keep making fools of yourselves with these stupid cartoon and trash stories from right wing blogs.

Trump did not sue the NFL.

The USFL, which Trump was a part of, sued the NFL, and won.

They were awarded $1. (Not a million, or a billiion). Because anti trust suits involve triple damages, the amount was raised to $3.

This is “winning” Trump style, as his Presidency amply demonstrates!

By its very nature, the president travels with a large entourage. He cannot travel any other way. If anyone owes El Paso money, it is the US Government because wherever he travels he is still the US president.

Regardless, just look at the math and it is obvious El Paso tried to overcharge. One test is to have El Paso show that their costs went up by $470,000 as a result of Trump's visit. That would have to involve bringing in extra people or overtime which adds up to $470,000.

Charge every organized event coming into a city that costs the city and pretty soon nothing is coming into that city.

Black Spring Break is free here. 99.99% of the people want the black young people to continue coming every year. Those opposed generally live near the heavy traffic lanes and are somewhat inconvenienced, but most in their neighborhoods have learned how to solve the traffic problem for themselves.

You don’t have the slightest idea what you’re talking about.

Which doesn’t change the fact that your fuhrer is, and always has been a deadbeat.
