FA, shoukd I pay child support when there is no child? There was no crime. If the glove doesn’t fit then you must acquit.

if one rapes a women and she doesn't have a child, no, no child support, but should still be punished for the crime

and if they try to obstruct justice, add on more punishment

and I think attempted rape would be a better analogy, should one be punished for attempted rape where no rape actually occurred, or attempted murder, the list goes on

if you try to rob a bank and fail, is it still a bank robbery? should you still be punished?

Rape is a crime, Trump didn’t commit a rape, but Clinton did. Are you sipping the good stuff?

you brought up the child analogy, I think the failed bank robbery is a better example, a crook goes to a bank holds it up to get cash, comes away empty handed..... is it still a crime?

But Trump didn’t try to rob a bank. This is not a good example. First find the crime Trump tried to commit and go from there.

Well there is the fact he can no longer operate a charity, he SHOULD have been charged for fraud with Trump U but bought his way out of that (google Pam Bondi) then there is the missing money from the inauguration etc etc etc

Now either 90% of investigative journalists are incompetent crooks or you boy is dirty

Lol, Clinton stole money from the DNC that was meant for the entire party. When do you think the Clintons will visit Haiti again?

The Clinton foundation started laying off people as soon as she had nothing to sell.

So? Did she use money from the foundation to pay for a portrait?

The portrait of obama cost $500, 000 and it has spermicide painted into it. Mooche’s portrait gave her gorilla arms.

Is is not common for a presidential portrait to be done?

Did they rip off a charity to pay for those portraits?

You're welcome and thank you for saying. I always tell young people to join. It will make their lives better in the long run. But.....I tell them they must be willing to do the mission....whatever it takes.

    [IMG]Holy crap and French snails...

The U.S. Marine PFC above is wearing one too.

He must be serving with either the 5th Marines Regiment or the 6th Marines Regiment where all Marines who serve with the 5th or 6th Marines wear the French Fourragere.

It's a unit award that the French awarded U.S. Marines and U.S. Army units who won battles that the French couldn't win.

Marines wear French unit award honoring Fighting Fifth legacy
Corporal Genadiy Moskalenko, motor transportation operator, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, wears his newly presented French Fourragere on his left shoulder after a ceremony aboard the Camp San Mateo parade deck, Aug. 1, 2013. The regiment is one of two Marine Corps regiments authorized to wear the fourragere for heroic actions during World War I. The ceremony emphasized the Marines' commitment to upholding the rich history of the Fighting Fifth.
