Yes. Lots of them, although the proper lawbreaking was by the management of AA, and that is who should still be in jail.

These ideas that a "corporation" and all the other legal fictions can be charged, but apparently the management is "fine" is absurd. Each and every manager, CEO, CFO, and all the rest should ALL be charged and jailed, their property taken by fines and damage lawsuits when laws are broken and damages liable and taken

THEN we might see these criminals really earning their 500 million paychecks and retirement packages be at risk from their criminal decisions, rather than the public and workers paying the price and leaders getting to be retiring in their 40 million villas in the South of France.

AA was NOT found "innocent", the Superior Court found AA guilty, and the only problem the Supreme Court brought was some of the jury instructions, not the facts of the case.

And the question was a matter of the "state of mind" of these criminals. What happened to all the Right Wing who feel a "hate crime" charge is wrong if it is a White Supremacists is harassing a black family, but the same Righties think its great off because AA burned books?

Flynn, himself, asked for a delay in sentencing so that he could cooperate further with Mueller. He confessed to the crime of lying to the FBI. And he said that he did not feel they entrapped him for questioning him without an attorney present.

About what, he would have had to tell Mueller everything he knew in his proffer.

We will. And I suspect that it will end in a pardon.

Yes, of course. All justices on the Supreme Court, in 2005, were Trump Republicans.

Not true. His proffer is just the beginning. He has had to cooperate and answer all questions posed after the proffer

True, before he would be offered anything Mueller would demand his full proffer of what he has to offer. We are LONG past Flynn offering any new information to an investigation that is over and done with, he is just awaiting sentencing.
