None of whom approved of the deal.

That's why Obama didn't present it to Congress, as it would not have passed.

That is why Trump was able to tear it up and throw it away.

As I originally stated, and you've inadvertently shown, the deal was always only between Obama, Kerry and Iran.

The United States representatives did not have a say in creating a treaty, which is why it wasn't called a treaty.
