There are multiple reports released by US intelligence operations that report that they had the Russian servers under observation at the time of the hacking.

 

That is close, but here is a write up of the issue to help make it clearer for those willing to learn.

I'm sure you know that humans once lived when everybody, including government officials, believed the earth was the center of the universe. So I'm not sure of your point above.

Maybe I just understand human behavior better than you? Who knows, but all the facts and evidence contradict the "wisdom" of the habitual liars that are the US intelligence agencies. The DNC material was leaked, not hacked.

No one denied the source or authenticity of the carefully timed and clearly coordinate Wikileaks dumps. So there is no question as to their authenticity.

But there is discussion regarding how the Russian FSB planted the fake meme about the “Romanian hacker” as an attempt to hide the fact that Guccifer 2.0 was actually a Russian FSB operation. This story got wide circulation throughout western media, both on the political right and the left.

It was Russian manufactured “fake news”.

I don’t know how to screen shot pages in a print edition. And few people can read 600 pages of report and supporting documents on a computer screen.

 

Yes, this is a false right wing meme that was floated when the story originally broke in the major media.

Another fake story that was floated was that a Romanian hacker did it. This was the cover story the Russian FSB made up.

 

And all of it came from Crowdstrike, the Obama appointed internet security czars who allowed themselves to get hacked.

 

Cool then it should be super easy to verify and move on.

 

...that's why it has been verified and every rational actor has moved on.

The court has verified? The defense team has verified? If it’s the data is that good then it’ll easily please the court and defense team. You’ve already admitted you would do the same thing as a lawyer, so why the heck are you acting as if this is something unfounded?

The court is never going to rule on the veracity of the allegation because the allegation has zero relevance of the charges placed brought against Stone.

And I did not admit that I would do the same thing as a lawyer, I said that I would pursue any strategy that I thought would have a reasonable chance of improving my client's chances. This strategy does not have a reasonable chance of improving Stone's chances. But, if he wanted to pay me to pursue this technique against my recommendation, I would take his money.
