Except that women, the real ones, won't want to compete with the men so they'll start their own leagues and clubs and then the cry baby snowflake trannies will sue to be allowed in. It would be the end of women's sports.
If they do it right, they can exclude transsexuals. They can't accept government money or use government facilities. Truly private clubs can accept whomever they want. Of course, if they accept TV coverage or corporate sponsorships, the protests will ruin the events.

I support advocacy for rights in general but I'm not a Republican. That being said I don't think people are entitled to be perceived a certain way by others. Meaning a trans person has every right to identify as a woman man, not binary or anything else. They however do not have the right to me accepting them as a man or a woman or anything else.
Here's a radical idea ... why not just remove all sports programs from academia. You can play pro or play for fun at a private club of your choosing. Go to college to learn law, medicine, or engineering. I am sure the alums of the University of Alabama would be delighted to see the football program dissolved. Same with Kentucky or Duke basketball and LSU baseball. Or ... maybe not

Question to everyone: do you know why judges and commissioners are deciding these cases instead of juries? If I were the merchant or artisan, I would like to have the option of asking a jury to decide whether my constitutional rights were violated by the application of a public accommodation law over my religious or free speech or free association objections. I notice that a defendant can have a jury trial in a federal disabilities act case.
I see that in Washington: Questions of fact for jury. All questions of fact other than those mentioned in RCW 4.44.080, shall be decided by the jury, and all evidence thereon addressed to them. Would you all agree that the question of whether a baker sincerely believes that providing services to homosexuals is against his religion is a question of fact?
It is rather ironic that the modern feminist movement is entirely dependent upon the assistance of males in order for their position to be given any consideration as being legitimate. Without the assistance of those that align with leftwing liberal ideology, the feminist movement would never have gotten anywhere in the united states. Making the matter more ironic is the feminist movement is likely aware of not only this fact, but the fact that in order to continue keeping the support, they must not speak out against transgenderism. The feminist movement recognizes and realizes its own helplessness, making it the equivalent of a battered spouse who is dependent upon their abuser.

No, they are the scourge of women's sports. Not everything is about Trump. I'd like to see a poll, which would have to be secret, of liberal women athletes who think men should be able to compete against them so long as they slice off their willy woggers first. We already know what Navratilova thinks. Somehow I doubt she's Republican. Come to think of it, don't the trannies have a right to just claim they are transitioning, will get around to the surgery when psychologically ready, and compete right now against women? Why not? Or how about men who aren't even transitioning and still wear men's clothes because they think they are butch women?
