NY has no statute of limitations on 1st degree rape. It seems more than suspicious that a NY Mag columnist, who's Mag has followed all of Trump's sexual misconduct allegations since 2017, never approached her NY Mag colleague Margaret Hartmann, who ran a series of articles on all 20 accusers beginning Nov. 2017. Instead the "scandal" is revealed as an excerpt in her newly released book.

 

They figure that if they collectively keep Kavenaughing Trump then eventually something will work. It's pretty much their only Hope . . . for . . . Change.

All Trump has to do is file a defamation of character lawsuit against her for a few million bucks. Not even the DNC will fund her to that extent. She will have to put up actual proof instead of generating meaningless claims. IF she has it and it has his DNA on it then she could ruin his presidency. IF no DNA is found it ruins her accusation.

SO far from what I have read she does not wish to produce the garment for testing. She would not have to go to the police endless media corps would happily hand over the money to have it tested in a private lab.

She may change her mind of course but the simplest solution is to hand it over to be tested. If she does not then she sets up a never ending argument. Which may be what she is after.

 

Especially if she can "prove" her accusation.
