What was the point he was trying to make? Was it the intent of the founding fathers to exclude everyone else because they were evil? Is it right to judge other people in other time periods for not having the knowledge we do now?

His point was that reparations are supposed to address the problems that black americans face today, as if it is relative to what happened to their forefathers 150 years ago. But according to O'Reilly, reparations don't and can't address todays conditions which are relative to their own personal choices and conduct, essentially ignoring personal responsibility. And I agree as it is self evident.
