And now he is complaining about people making salaries and not getting overtime. I haven't earned a wage and OT for over 40 years and DON'T YOU DARE CHANGE THAT. It just shows how out of touch Biden is. He tried to make an example saying that a shelve stocker at Wal-Mart is denied overtime if he directs a fork lift operator where to place a palate because it makes him a manager. That's hogwash. It that shelve stocker has to work specific regular hours and account for those hours as dictated by employer, does not high level management decisions, does not have input on the hiring and firing of the staff working for them and other exemptions, he receives overtime. He also still seems to believe most workers want to be in a union. For decades the union certification votes have shown otherwise.
