I have no issue with people with deportation orders being deported - what I am saying is we need to treat them humanly with in custody

where the issues comes in is when they have an America child that has gone to school here all their life, then I am more empathetic to let them stay if they have not committed any crime other then staying here

I have no issue with having a in-between environment for immigrants to stay and learn the American way before being released into society if done humanly - even people like Trump's wife I would of required to stay there, once they are ready, release them into society, some may need longer then others - teach them English, teach them our ways, then be much easier to assimilate into our society

and of course if they commit crimes or violence while in there, send them back

could start with a more secure processing center, then more of a camp where they work and make the little mini society work, and then when ready release them

Then you agree with my earlier characterization of your position; that you feel anyone who has an anchor baby should be allowed to stay.

    When I'm right, I'm right!

anyone that has a American child, I am more sympathetic to staying yes, but if they commit a real crime (other then just the crime of wanting a better life for their American child), I am fine with separating them too, just like any American

if the above is what you thought I felt on the issue, then you are right

education and healthcare are not welfare. Perhaps school is where you should be.

I don't think that parents who came in illegal and have a child should be allowed to stay. The child is an american citizen, but the parents aren't. The kid's legal guardians (parents) must decide if they want to leave the child behind (with relatives, or foster care) or return to their native country or immigration limbo in a third country with the child. Of course the child upon reaching age of majority can then exercise their right of citizenship and return. They can then sponsor their parents, should they qualify in the intervening 18 to 21 years or so.

They can and do get welfare as soon as the illegal alien woman has a baby

While not officially listed as welfare programs education and healthcare for illegals are a cost to the American people

Fun to watch the democrats fighting the rule of law but that is the nature of progressive ideology.

I am not sympathetic to people who sneak into this nation. My great grandparents were sent back to Ireland twice before getting into boston legally.

They will self-deport long before you get half way there, the more that are deported the more pressure there will be on employers, renters, and others that offer services or jobs to illegal aliens. It could be done in less than 10 years if pressure and enforcement were maintained...

You mean an american citizen can get welfare? Oh my.

And you speak all about costs, but not about contribution. You think every illegal immigrant is a welfare sucking lazy "other"? I guess all that work they do that most american citizens won't do doesn't have any economic value in your mind.

In the case of a newborb baby from an illegal alien mother thats a welfare expense that America should npt have to pay

    And screw the “contribution” argument

An illiterate illegal alien who may not even speak spanish much less English will contriute NOTHING that we need
