I don't see anything in any article on it that says it is ONLY available to blacks and I challenge you or anyone to find any language saying that ONLY blacks will be eligible for it. (Mind, NOT just saying that it will benefit LOTS of blacks or even MAINLY blacks, but saying it will benefit ONLY blacks, and be LIMITED TO BLACK PEOPLE ENTIRELY BY LAW, which is what you seem to be maintaining )

 

It is indeed true regardless of color, ethnicity, gender, etc. I hate to say it, but a lot of people don't like school (I didn't) and hit the exit as soon as they could get a job. They were weak students in the first place and are now coming back to school years later.

People who think blacks have a tough time of it have a point--they often have a harder time--but the appropriate solution is to help people based on need. If blacks have a harder time, they'll get more help because they need more help. We avoid an absurd situation where a black (or other minority) who has plenty of help already gets help that should go to someone who needs it. Help should be color blind, ethnic blind, and gender blind.

We have trained generations of American inner city blacks (and increasingly latinos) to rely on free gibs from the government for their existence. This massive cultural problem can't be fixed outside of change to entitlements. Single motherhood should be punished rather than rewarded. If you have a kid while you are on welfare, that child should be taken away and raised by somebody else. Get yourself off welfare, get your kid back. I know this would work. I have 100% confidence in that. I also know with 100% certainty that this fix will never be applied and that the problem will only get worse. When the demographics change to the point that there are more teat suckers (welfare recipients) than teats (taxpayers), that is when the crap will hit the fan. Given the rate at which Democrats are bringing in teat suckers, it shouldn't be long now...
