I guess if some dude kidnapped a child, held a gun to the child's head, the cop kills the dude, well, let's handcuff the child because there was a shooting. Hopefully no one is ever foolish to elect you for anything.

Actually, I didn't find anyone who said the caregiver was handcuffed other than the caregiver. People have been known to lie. Not saying that's the case here, but someone's unsupported word is insufficient evidence to form a conclusion.

I am not foolish enough to want to lead the herd of sheep we call countrymen. There are far too many Monday morning quarterbacks among us. You, e.g.

    Its not justice.

Justice is not what we can realistically expect when we allow the police unions to train cops to 'shoot first'. If you're not attending city council meetings and getting involved in how your local law enforcement are trained, you have no room to bitch.

They're protecting themselves at our expense because the unions and lawyers and insurance agencies are more involved in the training of LE than we are. Nothing will change until that changes.

And? In post #19, you said anyone involved in the shooting should be handcuffed, so what he said or didn't say is irrelevant.

And? you haven't said how the officer broke the law. In particular how he broke the law in doing so.

Please. Obviously you have never seen how a true police state operates. In a police state, this would never have been published.

Wtf does this mean? In a police state the police have the power to censor the press, Which means (for example) this story would never have been published. Yet another person who fails to grasp the functioning of a true police state.

Do you think the gas attacks in Syria were publicized within the territory Syria controlled? If you do, you are more naive than you should be.

It's not a matter of compulsion by law. it is more a matter of being easy by law.
