That's my question: what context? I have said that many times for many different reasons and to prove different points or to answer different questions. Today alone I think I have said it at least three times for different reasons. I'm not going to speculate, though. If you have a question about one specific instance, you would need to provide the context. As a matter of fact, you can just look at the context and you'll see why I said it.

Your latrine lawyer law degree is going to get someone shot. Cops can enter your home without a warrant. If you and your spouse are yelling and screaming at each other and the neighbors call the cops on you, if the cops hear you yelling and screaming, they can walk right into your home. If ice approaches a target house and sees the target suspect outside and then runs inside to hide, the cops can damn sure enter the home in pursuit. If someone is having a party and the cops get called, if they look in the window and determine there is underage drinking, they can walk right in. That’s all legal. And there are illegal searches all the time, and the only recourse is hopefully having the evidence thrown out of court. Not much recourse in a bad ice raid. They aren’t searching for evidence that could get tossed in court, they are searching for a person that has committed a crime.

So, once again, are you saying that having American born children means you shouldn't be deported? I'm trying to figure out what being scared or having American Children have to do with the serving of a valid court order? Do we fail to serve valid court orders to American citizens because they're children might be scared?

 

Well, idiot Trump telegraphed that there would be massive ICE raids. Legal aid foundations are letting people know that they do not have to open their doors and let ICE or any other police agency into their home without a warrant. Many people who have been here for years and have children born here are being terrorized as are their American children who may end up being thrown into one of Trumps filthy cages after being separated from their parents. I have no problem with agencies who are helping these people defend themselves.

 

If Juan Pablo has a deportation order and ice approaches his house and sees Juan inside, ice is coming in to get him. It’s called a crime in plain sight. And Juanita and her little red card isn’t stopping them.
