Too bad that Trump was not the kind of man who would have a beer or even a tea summit with the UK ambassador after those private diplomatic cables came out instead of calling him names and stating he would not work with the man.

I do agree that Obama wasn't particularly qualified or effective. However in his defense, a reason for this is that he only had 2 years to do anything and Republicans refused to do anything for the next 6 years during recessionary years in hopes of getting a Republican president. I don't just blame the executive when nothing is being fixed, I also blame congress equally since the president really can't do much without Congress. So I blame the democrats in congress, republicans in congress, and the president equally for a lack of results.

When you have a recession, you need to get people spending again. And the solution is throwing trillions of dollars at the problem, Bush threw a lot of money at it, Obama did, but mostly it was the FED. During the recession, we lost 16 trillion dollars of economic value, and that is a massive hole to dig yourself out of, and I'm surprised we even started heading on the road to recovery within a year while other developed nations were mired in high unemployment and recession for years to come, and Obama ended his presidency with a good economy at unemployment below 5%, even while being blocked from doing anything for 6 years of his presidency.

The president, one man, doesn't have the power to immediately stop a 16 trillion loss recession in its tracks. No matter who was president, it was going to be very bad for a while and a lot of people were going to end up on food stamps.

The Republicans are more to blame because they refused to spend any more money stimulating the economy when it really needed it or to do anything about the recession. They just sat around in Washington not doing anything about the recession, attacking Obama, and generally being useless to win politically. Many Republicans also opposed the auto bailout, bank bailout, stimulus bill, and unemployment benefits extensions, and if they had gotten their way, the recession would have been worse.

Yet today, they seem just so happy to spend more money on the military and tax cuts for the rich and are now spending more than 1 trillion dollars per year than Obama ever did, and are creating these trillion dollar deficits and don't even have the excuse of a revenue shortfall.

How was Obama a dictator? If there is anything to complain about, it was his ineffectiveness and being a little too professional and robotic all the time. Or are you talking about Trump which might make more sense?

Wait what? I haven't heard this one. Are we talking about Obama or Putin?

I have never heard a single person claiming that getting a large majority of the white vote is racist. Even if there is, there are always people with nutty opinions and aren't representative of the mainstream.

    I can't believe what I just read.

One of the most fanatical Trumpsters in this forum who candidly admits that he supports a xenophobic President.

    MAGA!

Letting someone visit the white house isn't the same as agreeing with them or taking their approach.

Haven't you been reading this site? EVERYTHING in 2017 is attributed to Mr. Obatards presidency! Or does this fall under the leftist variable claim clause?

Obama was most certainly responsible for a rise in racism. But, it wasn't for anything he said or did. It was for the simple fact that he was black. A Black Man living in The White House.

Let's face it, there is a segment of the American population that could not accept that fact, and they never will.

Under Trump the data is hyperbolic to say the least! Todays leftist organization is prolly counting dog and cat fights as hate crimes.. Since Trump won the election everything is racist or hate, only they are the ones guilty of it LOL

Nothing in your post is true, nor does it accurately reflect that finding of the poll your trash blog spun for you.

What the survey concluded was that there was no big increase in white racism after 2016. Taht’s because it was already there. Right wing media, and countless right wing politicians had been blowing the dog whistle throughout the Obama years.

They don’t now, because Trump does it for them.

The study concluded that race baiting didn’t produce more bigots, it just focused them.

“These results suggest the limits of racially charged rhetoric's capacity to heighten prejudice among white Americans overall. They also indicate that prejudice can behave like an issue attitude: rather than being a fixed predisposition, prejudice can respond thermostatically to changing presidential rhetoric and policy positions.”

    He wasn’t on the payroll.

Steve Brannon and Stephen Miller, both of whom are white supremacists, were and are.

Shouldnt be that hard for you to find a single quote in context that states if loosely that Whites are a superior race.....

Hell if its true you probably have it bookmarked...

I did. Couldn't find anything controversial. If you are so offended about something he said, just tell me what he said that was so hurtful.

I remember his BS press conference where he said he didn't have all the facts-BUT the police acted stupidly.

    He was truly a jackass.

So do you take the finding that racial tensions have actually decreased under Trump more seriously now?
