    He wasn't making light of it. He's dead serious when approving of that kid throwing a bucket and hitting the cop in the head with it. The visceral hate for all that is good and decent is obvious. It's why they're on the left.

    I live in the Republican dominated south, many people here still fly the flag of the attempt. Still have the statutes up of the generals committing treason against their country. Tennessee just named a holiday for one.

    No, the people should have been arrested. I understand the public’s reasoning for being upset with LEO just like I understand many people being upset with blacks over the action of a few.

    It’s misplaced anger, doesn’t make it right but also shouldn’t be ignored.

    Because people associate individuals with the larger group.

    When we have the largest instance of incarceration and fairly high rates of police abuses — police in general will be looked at with distain. Just like with black men who represent 7% of the population but represent 50% of violent crime.

    It’s not fair but it’s human nature and is to be expected
