You have not posted that he can't, Badaboom.

Your assertion is . . . your assertion.

What evidence says he was guilty in the first place.

The only "evidence" they have is evidence THEY MANUFACTURED THEMSELVES.

    LOL

    No, they really didn't.

Trump didn't do it. Everyone is a liar. Unless they support Trump then they are awesome. Unless they then turn on Trump, then they were always garbage.

Jebus dude, take the blinders off for once. Trump may not be guilty in a courtroom, but the ethical failings of that man are enormous and obvious.

"We have evidence of multiple instances of Obstruction, but no smoking gun. Also, we can't indict the investigated so we pass this along to Congress to determine from there".

Here we go again, off to the "obstruction" races.

Name a single person Mueller found evidence of working with the Russian government to influence a US election.

Oh look, the MSM has been advancing the "Trump and Putin were working together to destroy muh Democracy" since the beginning.

I hate to break it to you, but nothing on your little list from the AP is "obstruction of justice".

I mean you're welcome to pick one and give it a shot.

No, you are following someone's earlier claim. You have no proof as you well know, Badaboom. Let it go!

Should be watched by every American citizen. Mueller who is supposed to be one of our greatest servant of the law was totally stumped. I don't think he wrote that and like lots of things in the report unaware of it or something. Trump should petition to have that struck from the report if there is any avenue to do so. It's a LEGAL document addressing the LAW. I would also hope the investigators investigating the investigation will also question the prosecutors as to who came up with the and why. They would probably claim deliberative privilege and the Democrats would support it.

They seem to forget that everyone else could be charged with crimes RIGHT NOW. Indictments for criminal acts could be served. Where are they? This BIG conspiracy and collusion and Trump would be the only guilty person?

Exactly. I guess this means Trump ran a global conspiracy all on his own.

They also forget Trump could have taken executive privilege and not let anyone testify.

Mueller did not draft the FISA warrant. Fusion GP just isn't a big deal.

A sitting president cannot be indicted, and Trump supporters know that.

We can all stipulate a sitting President cannot be served an indictment. But the OSC can bring charges and has a duty to do so if criminal acts are found. Those charges would be in the confidential report to the AG who then decides if a referral for impeachment be made to the House. In Clinton's case the law had the OSP report directly to the Congress, the only difference. Starr made specific charges of specific crimes and presented the evidence to support them. Then sat back and waited on Congress.

Then what exactly is being proposed on the part of yourself? That an individual who cannot be proven as guilty of a particular crime, but who also cannot be exonerated of the possibility of guilt, should be punished on the off chance that they might have done something wrong, just to be sure?

Thus meaning the investigation was unjustified from the very beginning.

The OSC cannot bring changes against sitting president according to the DOJ.

    End of discussion.

Therefore the entire investigation was unjustified and unwarranted since nothing could come about from whatever was found.

Your president, Donald Trump, will be sitting at his desk in the oval office until 2025. Adjust any speculations of reprisals after he leaves office accordingly. ::):

Trump interviewed Dirty Bob the day before he was appointed SC, so while we were surprised at how out of he is, Trump wasn't.

The president never feared Dirty Bob because knew two things that his critics did not:

    1. He is innocent, and
    2. Mueller is a fool.

You can either prosecute or decline to prosecute if you are Mueller. That's it. Obviously Mueller or whoever wrote the report declined to prosecute. You can't add any nonsense about exoneration. That is NOT for them to decide. They can't be judge, jury and executioner. Very unprofessional... Therefore, Trump is off the hook. GIVE IT UP. IT IS OVER.

There is no "obviously" as you put it. The OOJ is on the table for the next administration. Mueller can do that. Guess what: he did that.

Me? I'm just a casual observer. For instance, I casually observed that Mueller's chief of staff / assisted living care provider, Aaron Zebly was a lot more familiar with "Mueller's report" than Mueller was himself. Another casual observervation is that if Bob Mueller wasn't conflicted himself, his assisted living caretaker most certainly was. Zelby after all represented Clinton's IT staffer, the one who set up Hillary's illegal server, and later wiped the hard drive clean, and destroyed cell phones and SIM cards. Is it "Mueller time!" ? Very well could be. "Someone" wiped Strzok & Page's cell phones and laptops.
